  This store is a step below your average gas station. The customer service is terrible. We were unsure about our purchase so we never opened it. Upon deciding we didn't want it, the heavy set guy running the store was very rude and said all sales are final. He said even if the product is defective, they assume.no responsibility. I highly suggest Sick and Twisted if you are looking for a good Smoke shop with great customer service, deals, and selection. Sick and Twisted buys and supplies from local artists where SLV Pipe and Tobacco is strictly a made in China store! Buyers beware and stay away!!!
